Hemlock Wooly Ageldid Public Meeting

The Cornell Cooperative Extension is sponsoring a free information session concerning the latest threat to the environment of the Finger lakes. 


The Hemlock Wolly Ageldid is an insect that attacks hemlock trees and has no known predator or solution. The Honeoye watershed has many hemlock trees that are vital to maintaining the steep slopes leading to the lake.
